"This plate is an authentic original in the limited edition of "Little Miss Muffet," painted by artist John McClelland expressly for and under exclusive commission to Redo International, and is issued as Plate 7 in an edition ending forever in 1985 in the Mother Goose series." McClelland 's skill is tremendous and the beauty and innocence of this little girl is outstanding. It helps us return to our days of innocence and a simpler life when all we had to worry about was a little spider!

This plate is in mint condition and includes the original COA (Certificate of Authenticity) and a descriptive pamphlet of the story about the nursery rhyme and a write-up about how McClelland came to make the original painting which inspired the plate. Included as well, will be the original issue shipping box in which the plate and literature has been stored for many years.
