Moorcroft England Limited Edition Signed "Aphrodite" Jar Prestige Piece

This jar is drop dead gorgeous. It's a limited edition # 278 of 300. The colors of the orchids are outstanding in pinks, burgundies, yellows, I could just go on & on. The blue on the base is so dark it looks black. Designed by the legendary Moorcroft designer Shirley Hayes. This piece was introduced in 2003, and is in mint condition, from my own personal collection of Moorcroft pottery. This lovely design has been retired. The jar measures 6" tall and is 4" across the mouth, and 2 3/4" across the base. This piece comes with the box. There are no chips, cracks, dings, etc. in this piece. Usually on a piece of Moorcroft one sees one or two little flaws, but I saw none on this.
