Isn't this great? A vintage Marx tin & litho doll house. The main house is 2 stories with 5 rooms, then there is a flagstone breezeway that leads to a one story family room/game or sports room. The main house has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, child's room decorated with toy soldiers, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with fireplace. The family room has a number of sports items--golf clubs, tennis racquets, etc. as well as a built-in hutch. The best part is that the front door has a ringing door bell/door knocker! The house is in great condition with bright colors and minimal wear. I think there's a cupola missing from the roof over the family room, but the main chimney is there and the house still looks great. Overall dimensions are 32" long, 9 1/2" deep, and 16 1/4" high to the top of the chimney.
